Bula! Blue Ginger brings together Polynesian, Asian, Thai, and Vietnamese flavours with fresh, delicious dishes straight off the wok. Whether you're new to Asian flavours or an Asian-fusion connoisseur, there is something for everyone at Blue Ginger.
Our menu includes dumplings, wontons, stir-fries, curries, soups, fresh salads, and more. We enjoy using local kaimoana and produce; in addition to our regular menu, we often run special seasonal dishes. Our setting is casual, decorated with beautiful, bright lanterns and trinkets from our travels.
In accordance with Buddha's wishes, we are an alcohol-free eatery; however, we do have a beautiful range of non-alcoholic local delights. We encourage sharing tables and meals, connecting with each other, listening to groovy tunes, and enjoying our fresh, delicious food.
Reserve a Table
Please be aware that we are a small eatery. We encourage walk-ins and can usually seat groups of fewer than four quickly. Due to space limitations and a limited number of large tables, we can only take reservations for groups of four or more, up to a maximum of 10.

With around 50 years of culinary experience between them, chefs and owners Stu & Becks carefully create all of the meals on the menu, paying close attention to flavours, textures, and origins of the ingredients used.
For real food allergies and intolerances we may be able to make changes to some meals, otherwise we ask you not to alter our carefully and beautifully created menu.
We wrap our dumplings, wontons and spring rolls daily AND WITH LOVE.
